This project includes the procurement of FF&E items. This solicitation is specifically for Furniture, Furnishings & Seating. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor and/or supplier bids and supporting documents. Additional information on this process and a link to the project site is provided below in the Invitation to Bid document and the e-Builder Registration & Bid Submittal User Guide. Each bid must be submitted via GSFIC's on-line bidding and project management system, e-Builder. No paper bids will be accepted. Bidders must provide the unit price and total price per Line item on the Bid Form in e-Builder; and provide unit price and total per Line item on the "Fee Schedule/Price Sheet", attached. Bidders must submit the "Fee Schedule/Price Sheet"; furniture, furnishings and seating specifications and manuals, and all other required forms for this bid by uploading the documents into e-Builder. No Communication with State Employees. From the date that this Invitation To Bid (ITB) is issued until a bidder is selected and the award is announced. There shall be no communication for any reason between bidders and/or any State employee other than the Procurement Officer listed on this ITB. Questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, e-Builder, and all other questions should be submitted in e-Builder by 10:00 A.M., July 18, 2023. Questions can be submitted prior to July 18, 2023. No questions other than those submitted in writing will be accepted, and only written responses will be binding upon GSFIC. GSFIC reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision.
