The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for gate replacement and fence installation at the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) for Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Nashville, TN as found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) attached. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 45 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $75,000.00 and $140,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award.
