The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for gate replacement and fence installation at the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) for Nashville International Airport (BNA) in Nashville, TN as found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) attached. The FAA intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price contract to the lowest price offeror otherwise eligible for award. The estimated performance time is 45 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated value of this construction project is $75,000.00 and $140,000.00. This competitive award process is a 100% Set-Aside to Small Businesses. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and represent as a Small Business in SAM representations and certifications to be eligible for award. Further award eligibility requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of the SIR. This project is funded by the Bilateral Infrastructure Law (BIL). See attached Uniform Bilateral Infrastructure Law Report located in the attachments and BIL 3.18-1 in the SIR document for instructions for the additional reporting requirements associated with BIL funded projects. All documents attached to this announcement are considered by the FAA to be in final format at this time. Any activities or costs associated with offerors proposal development and submission thereof is at the risk of the offeror and will not be reimbursed by the FAA. Please mark all emails with solicitation no. 6973GH-23-Q-00273. INSTRUCTIONS Full instructions for submitting an offer are found in Section L starting on page 48 of the solicitation document. Make sure to complete the following: Fill out the following blocks on Page 2 *Block 14 *Block 15 *Block 16 *Block 17 *Block 20 - Insert Proposed Total Firm Fixed Price on Page 4 Fill in all cells highlighted in yellow, specifically all representations and certifications in Section K starting on Page 40. Submit at least 2 Organizational Experience Forms. All projects submitted must have been underway or completed within the last 3 years and the projects must be valued at over $50,000.00. Examples of projects provided must be relevant to the work to be performed if awarded a contract for this requirement. EVALUATION FACTORS Evaluation factors and basis for award are found in Section M on page 54 of the solicitation document. The FAA intends to award a contract to the lowest price offeror determined to be eligible for award.
