All the units at both locations do not have mechanical ventilation (kitchen exhaust fans). The project consists of installing mechanical ventilation as well as new kitchen millwork, counters, sinks, and faucets as well as new kitchen finishes as indicated. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at both sites (1-404 Driftwood Ave & 1-25 Shoreham Court) TCHC will be awarding each location independently to the lowest total priced Proposal. If, proponent is low bidder for both locations, the successful Proponent will be expected to commence work at each location simultaneously. This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Construction. The scope of work in this RFP is sub-categorized as Architectural Construction Work. The Work is to be completed in one phase and shall be awarded as it has received budgetary approval. The work is expected to be awarded and completed between the years of 2023 to 2024 pending budgetary availability and contractor performance.
