General Requirements 2. Plaster repair contractors must follow proper procedures outlined in the 5 QUALIFICATIONS The successful Offeror must: 1. The successful offeror shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, vehicles, travel, and supervision required to perform the plaster repair services noted in the IFB. All work performed shall be done in a manner that will not adversely affect the integrity of any building structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or life safety systems, and in a manner that will not adversely affect any other building features that can be overloaded or rendered useless
