This project includes the following requirements: - Design power infrastructure distribution system - Installation of various solar system and solar system components throughout the MLO site. Full details on this project will be provided in the solicitation. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Priced contract awarded competitively in accordance with FAR Part 15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a corresponding small business size standard of $45.0M. The estimated Period of Performance (POP) is 365 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). The anticipated POP includes the complete design and the entire construction project. The NTP is anticipated to be issued within 15 calendar days of contract award. The anticipated Request for Proposal issuance date is on or about 8 June 2023.
