As more specifically described in the Contract Documents, the Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to construct new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, minor road widening, driveway reconstruction, electrical conduit and pullboxes for street lighting, bike lanes, landscaping and irrigation system along Etting Road from E. Pleasant Valley Road to the eastern City Limit. The Work includes the milling of existing asphalt concrete pavement; placement and compaction of asphalt concrete pavement; excavation and reconstruction of a portion of street; concrete works; adjust utility covers to finished grade; installation of storm drain lines and appurtenant concrete structures; and traffic striping. The 2018 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction and the 2019 Errata No. 1 to the Standard Specification for Public Works Construction 2018 Edition (collectively the "Greenbook") is incorporated by this reference. Contractor must complete all Work within sixty (60) Working Days of the City's Notice to Proceed. There will be a $3,500 assessment for each Calendar Day that Work remains incomplete beyond the Project completion deadline.
