Project will rebid in July Pursuant to the General Statutes of North Carolina, Section 143-129, sealed proposals are invited and will be received by the Town of Chapel Hill for the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and construction of EB-5721, consisting of one contract having the following principal items: DESCRIPTION: Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) Sidepath - Consists of constructing a 10'- foot sidepath along Fordham Boulevard (US 15-501) from Ridgefield Road to Willow Drive (approximately 1,800 linear feet) and to upgrade the existing sidepath from Cleland Drive to Ridgefield Road (approximately 1,700 linear feet). The construction will involve clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete paving, drainage, erosion control, curb and gutter installation, signing, signal adjustments, and striping. The Project Manager for this project is Mr. Bill Webster, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at bwebster@townofchapelhill.org by June 30, 2023. For questions on the bidding procedures, contact the Town's Purchasing Division at 919-969- 5022. The Project Manager for this project is Mr. Bill Webster, Town of Chapel Hill.
