Reference number : 1719460 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the repair of the rear facades of the Petite-Bourgogne dwellings, located at multiple addresses, on Quesnel Street, in Montreal, in the Le Sud-Ouest borough. The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without being limited to it, the scope of work includes the repair of the rear facades by replacing the masonry, doors and windows, balconies, exterior exit stairs, awnings and landscaping. The work will be carried out in a multiplex-type building (4 twin plexes) built in 1900, consisting of three (3) floors including 14 dwellings intended for families. During the works, the following apartments will be occupied : the sixplex from 2570 to 2580, rue Quesnel; the triplex from 2588 to 2592, rue Quesnel; the triplex from 2594 to 2598, rue Quesnel The following units will be vacant : -the duplex at 2582 and 2584, rue Quesne Works duration According to the current schedule, work is scheduled to begin on or around August 14, 2023, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. For the dwellings that will be vacant, namely for the buildings located at 2582 and 2584, rue Quesnel, the work will begin three (3) months after the date on which the tenders are opened in order to allow the relocation of the tenants; The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 223 working days from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at 2570 Quesnel Street in Montreal .
