Furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of: NC Museum of Natural Sciences - Elevator Modernization The work includes, but is not limited to, the full modernization of four (4) existing elevators at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences located at 11 West Jones Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Elevator Maintenance: The contract includes full maintenance for the four (4) existing elevators starting on the date of the notice-to-proceed and continuing for 12 months after final acceptance. The building will remain occupied during the project. One of the two 7-stop passenger elevators shall remain operational at all times. The scheduling of the Work on the Freight elevator shall be carefully coordinated with the Owner and Museum staff.
