Responses to written questions/inquiries (estimated): May 26, 2023 SBE Sub-Contracting Documentation ( via e-mail) June 8, 2023, by 2:00 p.m. local time Anticipated Board Recommendation and Approval August, 2023 The Contractor shall be required to furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, bracing, shoring, temporary construction of every nature, compliance with all mandated code. insurance, bonds taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, to install all materials, items, and equipment for the complete turn-key project of the Drainage and Irrigation Improvements Project, at HCCs West Houston Expansion Campus, located at 22910 colonial Parkway Dr., Katy, Texas 77449 as set forth in the contract documents. The project will affect 50,000 sq. ft. of campus grounds upgrades
