Project will resolicit The Alaska Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services is soliciting proposals for the Transformer and Pa00000d replacement project at Alaska Department of Corrections, Spring Creek Correctional Center in Seward, Alaska Request for RFP Documents and all questions should be directed to Michael Lim, Procurement Specialist, 907-465-6014 (w) or by email: michael.lim@alaska.gov This state funded project will include all materials, equipment, labor and travel to replace three (3) 3-phase primary power transformers, concrete pad vaults and emergency power loop switch at the Spring Creek Correctional Center (SCCC) in Seward, Alaska. The Engineer's Estimate is between $650,000 and $750,000. All work shall be substantially complete by September 30, 2025. Final Completion by October 30, 2025.
