The scope of the project includes refinishing of various portions of an existing 21,200 SF single story, library building (with partial basement) and an addition of a 1,200 SF teen center. Refinishing includes, but is not limited to, installation of new carpeting & base trim, removal and partial replacement of wall vinyl, skim-coating of walls, re-painting, modifications to existing book shelving systems and end panels, new study rooms, children's tiered seating, baby garden/toddler play area, adult den with fire place, modifications to the drive-through pickup window, and removal and installation of new check-out desk, help desk, and youth desk, alongwith the removal of bulkheads and installation of new signage halos above service desks. The new teen center includes, but is not limited to, new built-in storage seating & gaming center millwork, overhead garage door, windows, HVAC equipment, electrical & telecommunications services, and lighting.
