The Town of Radville is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to undertake the design and construction of a renovation and addition to the Radville Recreaton Facility. To provide design-build services for the addition and renovation to the Recreation Complex facility including all mechanical, electrical components, plumbing and HVAC design services to be built in the Radville Laurier Regional Park. Subject to change based on final scope of work. Work shall be coordinated with the Town of Radville and phased to ensure minimal interruption to regular operations. Resurfacer room renovations shall be the first to commence and must be completed prior to the beginning of hockey season...September 30, 2023. Design-build services for the renovation and addition of the recreation facility including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC components including: - Relocation of the current ice resurfacer room. - Construct and renovate to incorporate 6-7 change rooms. - Construction of an office space. - Installation of a Reverse Osmosis System to operate within the Ice Resurfacer room. Project Award Date - May, 29, 2023 Design work and Engineered Construction Drawings shall be completed by June 19, 2023 Commencement of Construction - July 3, 2023 All of the work shall be substantially completed, commissioned and ready for public use by October 16, 2023.
