Reference Number 0000323987 Job Location Monument, CO Piggyback Contract No Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 07/13/2023 06:30 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: All labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct and install approximately thirty (30) linear feet of 6 diameter PVC pipeline to connect to an existing 6 pipeline with a tee and three (3) 6 gate valves at one end and at the other end an existing 10 pipeline with a reducing tee and two (2) 10 gate valves, the installation of four (4) new pressure reducing valve assemblies with vaults, the removal of four (4) existing pressure reducing valve assemblies and replacement with four (4) new 6 pressure reducing valves and necessary piping within existing vaults, up to sixteen (16) 6 gate valves, coordination with Black Hills Energy for rerouting of gas lines in at least one vault location, approximately 270 square yards of asphalt surface replacement, traffic control measures, and all associated testing and appurtenances. Each Bidder shall file with their Bid a Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bidder's bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a labor and material payment bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the work. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the date Bids are opened. Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 %
