Demolish the tank and building to three feet below finished grade and fill and restore area. Dispose of all items removed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Alternate bid items include demolition of WTP1, old tower and wellhouse foundations at the elevated tower site and demolition of wellhouse #3. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
