No definite date for the rebid.** The work consists of the construction of the new Department of Public Works Compound, as described and shown in the Contract Documents. This work includes, but is not limited to site improvements of an approximately 2.6-acre site which includes site grading, utilities, hardscape and landscape, and associated site improvements including material storage bins, fueling station, ramps, and salt shed A pre-bid site tour will be held on Monday, March 27th, 2023, at 2:00 pm. Proper field attire must be worn at all times. Meeting location is 60 Continental Street (East Parcel). Any request for information and/or clarifications must be addressed in writing to Anthony Giaccio, Village Administrator, 28 Beekman Avenue, Sleepy Hollow, New York, 10591, (agiaccio@villageofsleepyhollow.org) and to be given any consideration must be received in writing by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 10th , 2023. Any and all such interpretations, and any supplemental instructions, will be in the form of written Addenda and will be emailed to all prospective Bidders. The failure of any Bidder to receive any such Addenda will not relieve the Bidder of any obligation under his Bid as submitted. Any Addenda so issued shall become part of the Bidding Documents.
