This solicitation is a Sealed Bid. This is an electronic Invitation for Bid (IFB) for construction work at Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The resulting contract to be firm fixed price. Please replace any mention of "substantial completion" with "final completion" throughout the entire specification document. The work consists of replacing South Unit Shop HVAC Replacement. The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, supervision and other items necessary to complete the entire project as specified. Invitation for Bid will include Base Line Item and Two Option Line Items. Offerors are required to submit an offer that conforms to the solicitation documents with pricing for Base Line Item and Option Line Items. Failure to do so shall render the bid unacceptable. PROJECT LOCATION: Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Medora, ND MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $250,000 and $500,000. BONDS: A bid guarantee is required 20%. Bid bond is required to be submitted on a Standard Form 24. Performance and Payment bonds/protection in the amount of 100% of final contract award amount. Scanned copy of your official bid bond must reflect identifiable seal, if required and Power of Attorney seal. If seal is not identifiable, on the Bid Bond (if required) and/or Power of Attorney, bid will be determined non-responsive and will be rejected. NAICS: The associated NAICS code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. SCHEDULE: 270 calendar days.
