LEGAL NOTICEINVITATION FOR BIDSSealed bids for Contract No. RFBK23-05, Dietz Stadium Improvements Phase 2B, for the City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York, are sought and requested as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications prepared by CPL Architecture-Engineering-Planning, Newburgh, NY for the City of Kingston, City Hall, 420 Broadway, Kingston, New York 12401.The proposals will consist of Prime Contracts for Site Construction, General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction and Electrical Construction. The work of the project consists of: 1. Renovate Dietz Stadium Grandstand (interior and exterior renovations). 2. New Concession Stands (Home-side and Visitor's-side). 3. New Gated Ticket Booth Entrance. 4. Re-surface running track. 5. Re-surface Athletic Field. 6. Replace scoreboard. 7. Replace Stadium Lighting. 8. Site improvements (water, sanitary, and storm sewer piping upgrades; parking and driveways, sidewalk replacement, new basketball court, landscaping, etc.) at the City of Kingston's Dietz Memorial Stadium, 170 North Front Street, City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York.
