Abbreviated Written Summary: Briefly and without force and effect upon the contract documents, the work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: The Project consists of replacing 41 stoves and associated pigtails at Maple Manor and 37 stoves, 4 wall ovens, 4 cooktops, and associated pigtails at Lebanon Towers. Proposals must be accompanied by a satisfactory Bid Guarantee(if the bid is greater than $100,000) for 5% of the proposal (or other security as indicated).
