The bid opening has been postponed and will be re-scheduled as soon as complications are resolved. This contract approximately includes the CIPP or Folded/Formed Rehabilitation of approximately 11,950 LF of existing sewer lines, 50 ea. Point Repairs, 68 ea. Manholes Rehabilitation, 105 ea. Lateral Reconnections, 100 LF of Pavement Repairs, and miscellaneous landscape repairs with seeding/strawing/mulching. Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. The Stanford Water Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive informalities. a Bid Bond in amount of not less than five (5) percent of the base bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days. The Bidder awarded the contract shall execute a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond and shall furnish insurance as required, in the General Conditions. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
