TP-2020-G: Work includes, but is not limited to, partial demolition and partial removal of existing building concurrent with construction of an approximately 90sf new building expansion on new reinforced concrete slab and footings. Interior and exterior carpentry and finish work. Relocate existing concrete generator pad and install new pipe bollards. TP-2020-E: Work includes, but is not limited to, new underground service from generator to plant, new electrical service to split GAC building and pump house, relocate GAC building power panel, temporary electrical service, installation of owner-supplied generator, and transfer switches. New SCADA system to provide necessary alarms, dial-out, and remote monitor capabilities. Soft-starts and well controls for three existing wells. TP-2020-P: Work includes, but is not limited to, selected piping removal and installation of new Schedule 80 PVC piping, pressure relief valve, flow meter, LP gas piping, and appurtenances.
