Contract Award Date: Jun 23, 2023 Contract Award Number: W912QR23C0016 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: MCCJP9K91ET5 Contractor Awarded Name: Clemons Vazquez JV LLC Contractor Awarded Address: Dayton, OH 45417 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $777,045.00 This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for the Littcarr Sediment Dam Raise and Armor in Littcarr, KY. The existing gravel access road will be re-established by placing new KYTC No.57 stone along the existing gravel roadway. This gravel access road will then be used as the project construction entrance. Within the area of the depression over the conduit, several of the large boulders will be moved upstream to their pre-flood location (approximately 10-20 feet) to re-establish the downstream slope protection. New KYTC Class III Channel Lining will be placed along the crest and downstream slope of the dam to provide armoring against erosion and to raise the overall height of the dam approximately 30". Additionally, a 12-feet wide access road shall be established along the entire length of the dam crest on top of the new rip rap. This dam crest access road will be constructed to a minimum thickness of 6-inches using KYTC No.4 stone. Upon completion of the repairs all access roads will remain in place and be utilized for future project use. This project includes Options to place new rip rap over the crest and downstream slope of the dam.
