The Township of Alnwick/Haldimand is currently pursuing the restoration exterior of the Wicklow Baptist Church. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various general contractors, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on the criteria listed herein, and select the contractor who best represents the direction of the Township. - The restoration exterior of the Wicklow Church will replace windows and the front door. Replace the existing siding with pre-finished wood siding. Install new soffit and facia and repair any structural damage. - The Wicklow Church will be celebrating its 200th Anniversary in 2024. - The repairs will extend the useful life of the structure.
