Eleventh Street, Stockton, CA 95206. This amount to include items listed in accordance with the Summary of Work, Architectural Drawings and Technical Specifications of RFP No. 2223-023: This item also includes demobilization, including the removal of all equipment, supplies, personnel and incidentals from the project site at the end of construction. Mobilization shall also consist of providing for permitting and implementing for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP). The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (Authority) is seeking bids from licensed Class B General Building Contractors, or C-29 Masonry Contractor (Contractor) to demolish existing block wall and existing foundation. Install an approximate 650-feet, 6-foot-tall new CMU Wall, its foundations and remove and remount two (2) existing gates at its Sierra Vista Boys & Girls Club facility located at 1700 E. Eleventh Street, Stockton, CA 95206 according to Attachment F Plans and Technical Specifications by Siegfried Engineering. There are four (4) 6-inch diameter, or under wall drainage needed to create a storm drainage flow under the new CMU wall. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to have potential proposers provide construction services that will install a new wall where an existing wall is located. Each proposer will provide; 1) a cost to install the design provided by the structural engineer and, 2) provide, if recommended, a comparable wall system that will provide the same replacement intent. The RFP proposer will provide a proposal for the CMU wall design, provide the structural details regarding the recommended wall system, provide on the provide details on how the suggested walls system would lessen the impacts to the surrounding improvements, and provide previous projects and references in installing a CMU wall as described in the original design or the alternative design.
