The proposed project is a middle school building addition to replace 10 portable classrooms with new classrooms and support spaces. The project is an infill connecting the existing middle school building (Building 1) to the existing gymnasium and cafeteria building (Building 2). This project is an addition to existing Building 2 and will be separated from Building 1 with a 2-hour fire wall. Significant construction scope in existing Building 1 and existing Building 2 is limited to the connection to the new addition. The Project is more thoroughly described in the Specifications, Bidding Documents, and Contract Documents. The bids will include all Work pursuant to the Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date.
