The City of Moncton wishes to engage the services of a professional, qualified Paving Contractor to provide the City with all labour, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to coordinate and perform activities associated with the routing, cleaning, drying and filling of cracks in concrete-asphalt pavement with joint sealing compound, in accordance with Specifications detailed herein and/or using Hot-applied ( by a gravity-dispensing kettle specifically designed for this application), pourable, polymer-modified patching and repair system.
