Reference number : 1712965 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-05-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-Mekinac is requesting bids for roadway reconstruction and replacement of the drinking water pipe by directional drilling, on rue Principale, between chemin du Val-Mekinac and 5 th street, over a length of +-310 meters. The work covered by the contract is detailed in the article "Object of the contract" of the "SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE CLAUSES". BID GUARANTEE: A bid guarantee in the form of a certified cheque, bid bond or irrevocable letter of guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-Mekinac, must accompany the submission. All tenders must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the date set for the opening of tenders. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS: Only persons, corporations and companies having their main place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to Municipalities, who hold an appropriate license in under the Law on the professional qualification of building contractors are eligible to tender. The Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-Mekinac does not accept any offer sent by fax or email, any offer sent in this way will be automatically rejected. The municipality of Saint-Roch-de-Mekinac does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented, or to incur any costs or obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s) and reserves the right to override a minor irregularity in the case of the lowest bid.
