It is the intent of the Request for Proposal to solicit bids for licensed and qualified vendors to complete the following fine arts projects in our auditoriums: o Theatrical rigging systems in the Denison High School auditorium o Theatrical rigging systems in the Scott Middle School auditoriums o Theatrical lighting & controls in the Denison High School auditorium o Integrated audio/video systems & equipment in the Denison High School auditorium A vendor may provide a proposal for all or any one of the projects. The District reserves the right to award the contract on an all or none basis or by individual project. Details of each of these projects is provided in the following pages of this Request for Proposal. Specification drawings are located at the end of this document. The Denison Independent School District is inviting proposals from licensed and qualified vendors to provide theatrical rigging systems in the Denison High School and Scott Middle School auditoriums, as well as theatrical lighting & controls and integrated audio/video system & equipment in the Denison High School auditorium. All proposals are to be valid for a period not less than sixty (60) days from the day of the bid opening. Denison ISD reserves the right to award a contract without further discussions or clarifications with vendors. Thus, the contents of the RFP response and all pricing, terms and statements contained therein will be binding. Upon acceptance of the Proposal by Denison ISD, the successful Proposal, including all terms, conditions and pricing contained therein, will be incorporated into the awarded contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and/or best-qualified responsible Proposal or the Proposal offering the best value to the District.
