A timeline for award has not yet been established.** CR Number:2097228 The work of this single bid project includes renovating the Warehouse building to include new exterior insulation and finish system, new roofing, new heating system, new sprinkler system and minor interior space modifications. the scope of the PM Shop and Pole Barn is to reconstruct those buildings with a new pre-engineered building including new structure, exterior walls, roofing, heating system in PM shop and sprinkler system in the PM Shop, the Pole barn is an open sided vehicle storage area. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
