Fill below-ground improvements designated to be abandoned and protect existing vegetation designated to remain and clean out all drain inlets. All items to be removed include but are not limited to: 1. Play Structures. 2. Rubber Surfacing 3. Under-Pavement/Stone Removal and Abandonment of Improvements 1. Remove all existing above and below grade improvements, unless they are designated to remain or be abandoned. 2. Remove portions of improvements to remain where necessary to facilitate new construction. 3. Clean out, disinfect, and fill any existing wells, cesspools, or privy vaults designated to be abandoned. 1. Remove and dispose of existing playground equipment and safety surfacing. 2. Install new playground equipment, rubber safety surfacing, and base material. 3. Install drainage as required.
