A timeline for award has not yet been established.** ****THIS IS A RE-BID FROM 6100058676**** This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION ONLY The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the renovations to Building #57, located at Fort Mifflin, PA National Guard Readiness Center, Philadelphia County, PA and shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents. ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $200,001.00 - $400,000.00 Liquidated Damages = (.1) $130.00 per day There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. The Department of General Services Public Works and the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO) identified this procurement as eligible for the setting of Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works. Bidders now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders section regarding Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise Participation for further information.
