Phase 2: Provide Hydronic and Airflow Balancing. Balancing to Take Place Between the Hours of 5:00 Pm and 9:00 Am Unless Authorized by Owner. Add Alternate No. 1 Provide Ductwork Cleaning for the Remaining Ductwork Within the Entire Building The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
