The Community Center Facility will include the construction of a steel and masonry building consisting of an open lobby area, gymnasium, pool, theater and police offices on two floors. The total square footage of the building is approximately 62,000 SF The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest.
