Work includes the following: o Supply and construct an approximate 35' x 35' Timber Pavilion Structure as shown on the Plan. o Prepare and place concrete and aggregate base floors, including positive drainage details as shown on the Plan. o Supply and construct several raised garden areas as shown on the Plan. o Locate the proper circuit in the Library and extend electrical service to the Pavilion then supply and install several outlets and fixtures. o Locate the proper water pipe on the north side of the library and extend water service and spigot to the Garden Area. o Build other enhancements to make the improvement more aesthetically pleasing. o Any additional appurtenant work required to make this a well-constructed project, and all required safety measures and clean-up tasks to insure a successful project. o The Contractor will work in a deliberate and safe manner. The safety of the Public, and the CPL Staff and the Contractor's Employees is the TOP PRIORITY. o The Contractor will work in a neat fashion and ensure a clean work environment. The Contractor will properly clean and dispose of all work debris and neatly store all tools at the end of each workday
