This project consists of approximately 8,500 gross square feet of new expansion and 11,700 gross square feet of renovation for a total of 20,200 gross square feet. The Emergency Department will remain functional throughout the length of construction. The renovation and addition includes three primary departments: 1) Emergency Department 2) Laboratory and 3) Imaging Services, in addition to, exterior site work comprised of a new Emergency Department entrance, parking lot, and heliport. The overall improvements will improve efficiency of the hospital and provide better access to care for the patients. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, work facilities, supervisory efforts, testing and all other necessary incidentals. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at 1515 NE Tatum Road, Lawton, OK 73507-3002. Work included under this contract will be in Comanche County, Oklahoma. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 500 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be more than $10,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(h). This project will be solicited as unrestricted full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45.0 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual revenue for the last three (3) years is less than $45.0 million.
