"In general, the work will include furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete rehabilitation to the Township's existing pump station, as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work for the aforementioned pump station will require demolition, including but not limited to, implementation of bypass pumping operations, excavation, removal and off-site disposal of existing discharge piping, valves and appurtenances, pumps, partial demolition of existing concrete slabs, limited removal of existing force main and demolition of electrical equipment noted on the Contract Drawings. Following completion of demolition, the work will also include construction of new pump station wet well, valve chamber, installation of new manhole riser sections and top slabs, installation of new epoxy coating system within wet well and manhole, installation of new submersible sewage pump and associated discharge piping and appurtenances, process piping, valves, magnetic flow meters and fittings, miscellaneous metals and platforms, construction of new electrical work including power distribution, controls and standby generator systems, site work including site and access clearing, and driveway construction, landscaping, new site security fencing, and site restoration, all as shown on the drawings and specified herein. The work shall be completed within 365-calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed."
