MARTIN DEBROVNER PARK IS A 4,750 SF URBAN OPEN SPACE WITHIN UPTOWN HOUSTON AT THE INTERSECTION OF SAN FELIPE ROAD AND SOUTH POST OAK LANE. THE PROJECT SHALL CONSTRUCT DETENTION IMPROVEMENTS, ACCESSIBLE WALKS AND STEPS, PAVING AND SYNTHETIC LAWN SURFACES, PARK IDENTITY WALL, CHAIRMEN'S WALL, PARK IDENTITY COLUMN, LIGHTING, SITE FURNISHINGS, IRRIGATION AND PLANTING IMPROVEMENTS.
