San Bernardino County Fire Protection District is sourcing an audio-visual system design, including electrical needs, HVAC needs, infrastructure, lighting, sound system, visual aids, network, etc. Date for Tentative Contract Award May/June Deadline for Submission of Questions 5:00 pm PST 4/07/2023 The County is seeking Proposals for an audio-visual system design, including electrical needs, HVAC needs, infrastructure, lighting, sound system, visual aids, network, etc. Attached in ePro is a conceptual floor plan for each room. We are looking for the latest and most efficient technology. Please note, these plans include our proposed needs, but we will rely upon the Proposers expertise and recommendations for the best set-up to meet our needs. Proposal should include a breakdown of the equipment/materials by room for the design. 2. Proposal must include the following rooms: a. Conference Rooms - There are 6 conference rooms throughout the building. All should contain the same setup. b. Assembly Room (1st floor). c. Training Room (2nd floor) - Can be broken into 2 separate rooms by folding partition. d. Photography/Podcast Studio (Labelled "Green Room" on plans) (2nd floor). e. Broadcast Studio (Labelled "Press Briefing Room" on plans) (2nd floor). - A control room set up to the back side/west side of studio - Room is enclosed with doors to both sides a. A floor plan and electrical plan are included in ePro showing the aforementioned rooms and sizes. The building is currently "gutted." b. An estimated needs and equipment list is attached in ePro as SBCoFD HQ Audio Visual Plan. c. Once the final design has been accepted by the County, the actual implementation will be bid out as a capital improvement project in accordance with State and County Public Works requirements. The company who is awarded the design is entitled to bid on the audio-visual system project and installation. d. Proposer may include an estimated cost proposal breakdown by room.
