Project generally includes, but is not limited to: Excavation for, and construction of, below grade cast-in-place concrete walls and tanks Construction of yard piping and manholes Construction of a pre-engineered metal building Construction of building lighting, heating, and ventilation Installation of Control panels and SCADA system Installation of owner procured Trojan UV 3000 Plus System Construction of a new utility water system Painting/coating of structural steel members and concrete walls and tanks. Paving and restoration Erosion and sediment control measures Final grading, seeding and lawn restoration Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via PennBID in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Nazareth Borough Municipal Authorityreserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Nazareth Borough Municipal Authority, and to reject any or all proposals.
