The URDM redevelopment project in Fleurimont will be divided into 2 mandates. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded. Reference number: 1710185. Mandate 1 consists of the development of a study which will make it possible to establish the orientations and the principles which will meet the requirements of the needs, the requirements, the additions of equipment and will allow the correction of non-conformities named by the CERDM. division of the INSPQ. The equipment added will be two adjustable sink stations, a trolley washer, a washer-disinfector, a steam sterilizer and the infrastructure for the implementation of traceability software. After the study, mandate 2 will be the preparation of plans and specifications for the call for tenders and as well as providing assistance during construction. The plans and specifications will be produced according to the result approved by the authorities of the CIUSSS de l'Estrie CHUS and respecting the parameters of content, quality, cost and schedule. The construction work will be carried out in several phases, maintaining the activities of the URDM throughout the duration of the project. Further update in late summer/fall, 2023.
