C461062-02 Probable Cost 1$3,5000,000 to $3,800,000 The City of Parkston, South Dakota, is requesting Sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Improvements.24 x 52.5 x 21 deep mixed-bed bioreactor with aeration system and process and air piping; Blower building housing blowers, process air piping & valves, electrical equipment and control panels; Floating pond aerators and associated air piping; UV disinfection building housing UV disinfection equipment, piping, electrical equipment, and control panels; Improvements to the existing lift station; Modifications to pond transfer structures and installation of new pond inlet structures; Site grading and utilities; All other miscellaneous work required not herein mentioned, but inferred from the construction contact documents. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities therein. A pre-bid conference will not be held. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
