These improvements are required on the following three buildings with the specific updates listed below and referenced in the attached drawings. HASLC Main Offices (Headquarters - 1776 S. West Temple) Provide a new concrete ramp on the East side of the office building by the conference room door, with a proper slope to meet ADA requirements. Replace the existing sidewalk between the east parking lot and Main Entrance to meet the slope requirements of ADA. Modify Mens and Womens restrooms as necessary to meet ADA requirements with similar quality finishes as existing. These construction-related accessibility improvements will be performed on office and residential buildings that provide service to various federally funded housing programs as described in the Scope of Services and subsequent sections below. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) are strongly encouraged and incentivized to apply. Various accessibility improvements and repairs are requested as soon as probable by a highly qualified and experienced vendor.
