As of July 31, 2023 project has already been awarded to Apex Earthworks, Inc, awarded amount is $67,395.00. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope plainly marked with the Bidder s name and the following title: Town of Dubois 2023 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project. The Project consists of replacement of the liner and baffle walls within Cell #3. Additionally, the project will consist of the replacement of the outlet structures in both Cells #2 and #3. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the issuing office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated issuing office. Questions regarding the Bidding Documents should be directed to Matt Bowers, PE, Nelson Engineering, mbowers@nelsoneng ineering.net (Ph: 307- 733-2087) For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany each bid. All bids are to be prepared in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Responsible Wyoming bidders will be given a 5% preference. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the Successful Bidder. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state.
