Greg Lewis Buyer glewis@mplspha.org 612-342-1414 All communication, correspondence, and questions regarding this RFP must be addressed to the Buyer only via e-mail or in MPHA Marketplace. The Contractor shall, during the term of the work, within 7 days of the end of any weekly payroll period, enter prevailing wages into LCP Tracker. A bid bond or guarantee shall be included in the bid package submitted by each bidder or uploaded to the Housing Agency Marketplace The performance bond is meant to ensure that the contract is successfully completed. The performance bond guarantees that if the Contractor is unable to complete the contract, the surety company will step in to finish the work. Copies of any applicable business license(s) allowing the proposer to provide the services in the City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, and/or the State of Minnesota. Approximate Delivery Date / Start Date 01/02/2024 The successful bidder shall agree to pay as Liquidated Damages the amount of $520.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not complete, beginning with the first day beyond the completion date stated on the Notice to Proceed. MPHA reserves the following rights Reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in the RFP process, or terminate the RFP process at any time, if deemed by MPHA to be in its best interests.
