This contract includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, supervision, layout and equipment necessary to complete the Central Carleton Community Complex - Interior Structural Steel as per drawings and RFP Documents. It is imperative that the RFP number and RFP name be identified on the proposal submission envelope. If it is not, then your bid will not be received. As an alternative to physically dropping off a submission package at the Hartland Town Hall building, you may submit your proposal electronically to submissioncccc@gmail.com prior to the closing date and time. You must attach completed Proposal Form "F" and any other document that is required to be submitted as part of this RFP. Note: submissionc ccc@gmail.com is a "one-way" email site, it will not be accessed until after the bid closing time. Plans, Specifications, Tender documents, and other information must be requested from both Jim Weston and Brent Hatchard by emailing cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca. Only Contractors that formally request the Tender package from both cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca are eligible to submit a Proposal. It is imperative that the RFP number and RFP name be identified in the Subject Line of the email. Contractor's Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal quotation. The certified cheque shall be made out to "the Town of Hartland". The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. Bid value not released for publication.
