1. Remove and install a brand-new open duct system inside classrooms B-12 and B-11. Scope includes: a. Remove and dispose existing duct system. b. Demo all T-Bar ceilings, remove tiles, T-Bar metal and hanging wires. c. Install new open duct system. d. Demo all stucco form e. Install stucco patch 8' X 40' f. Polybond coat, brown coat and finish coat. g. Remove all existing flexible ducts and replace with spiral ducts (22 or 24 gauge). h. Install new A/C registers i. All duct work to be suspended through wires (metal hangers). j. Install three (3) strips of black LED track lights, with thirty (30) LED light track hats, ten (10) pieces per line, and motion switches on existing locations. k. Paint wall ceilings of classrooms and duct work. Ceiling to be painted with elastomeric primer base (2 coats). Elastromeric paint (color black / 2 coats). A/C Duct work to be painted all black. l. Provide one (1) scissor lift (as needed) m. Provide 8-foot / 10-foot / 12-foot A-Frame ladders (as needed) n. Provide trash clean-up and disposal. o. Cover all cabinets and floor inside the classrooms with plastic, ram board paper or plywood. p.
