Request for Proposals: Claremore X-Ray Room B Renovation Goal: The objective of this project is to remodel X-ray Room 342 in the Radiology Department to accommodate a new x-ray unit at the US PHS IndianHospital located in Claremore, Oklahoma. Project #1703823 Location: 101 S Moore Ave, Claremore, OK 74017 Period of Performance: 90 days Construction Magnitude: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Type of Contract: The Indian Health Service intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in support of this requirement.
