The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: - Removal and expansion of existing parking lot - Relocation of three light poles and bases and conduit replacement - Replacement of site fencing at parking lot, baseball field and soccer field areas - Coating of perimeter fencing - Replacement of concrete, retaining wall, railings at soccer field area - Installation of drainage and concrete work near soccer bleachers Each bidder shall submit either a bond, money order, cashiers check or certified check for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to Argos Community Schools. The Work includes removal and replacement of existing asphalt parking lot areas, installation of new asphalt parking areas and related site demolition work. Asphalt pavement designs will include a Base Bid Asphalt Design and two Alternate Bid designs utilizing Geotextile grids. 2. Sitework also includes and Alternate Bid for new PVC coated fabric and posts around the new pavement areas. The scope of work will require site stormwater work and underground electrical work.
