The submission must be written in French. The Contractor must proceed diligently and establish his work program in accordance with these specifications. The Contractor must send the project manager a detailed work schedule within a maximum of 15 working days following the start-up meeting . The successful bidder may begin work as soon as the contract is awarded by the Municipality. The establishment of the work execution program is the sole responsibility of the Contractor and no claim for lack of time, cost increase, winter protection, temporary work and others will be admissible. The Contractor is advised that financial penalties are provided for non-compliance with the work schedule and deadlines. To carry out all the work (including site organization and performance tests on the equipment necessary for the issuance of provisional acceptance), the Contractor must schedule and use all the manpower necessary to complete the work. all of the work (including the correction of deficiencies), no later than December 1, 2023 . The Contractor must therefore use all the staff necessary to meet these deadlines. In the case where the general contractor (bidder) is made up of several contractors, the general contractor (bidder) must hold the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, CB1.1 ) and provide a copy with its bid, even if the contractors who form it themselves hold a license from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. The municipality of Sainte-Béatrix wishes to bring its network of sewer pumping stations up to standard. Without limitation, the work to be carried out is as follows: 1. Complete construction of a new main pumping station to replace the old one, including a new cabinet with control panel, supply and installation of process mechanics; 2. Commissioning of process mechanical equipment; 3. Identification of process mechanical, electrical and control equipment; 4. Dismantling of the old main pumping station as well as enough of the underground concrete pit to intercept in the work area to proceed with the installation of the new pumping station and its connections. 5. Replacement of cabinet with secondary pumping station control panel, replacement of level floats, addition of overflow probe, addition of jib pedestal, addition of floor sleeve for lifting equipment and addition of bottles as well as new compatible guardrails around existing hatches; 6. Connection and wiring of control panels; 7. Electrical connection and wiring of equipment; 8. Installation of underground electrical conduits for the passage of cables; 9. Installation of the SCADA system pre-purchased by the Municipality; 10. Commissioning of electrical equipment; 11. Excavation work, foundation, backfilling of the building; 12. Excavation and backfilling for electrical, control and instrumentation conduits; 13. Landscaping; 14. Repair of surfaces damaged by the work; 15. Testing and commissioning of equipment and pipelines.
