Reference number: 1704633 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-06 OMHM is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of a 12-unit building at Habitations Beaudry located at 1260, 1270 and 1280 rue La Fontaine in the borough of Ville-Marie, Montreal. The project consists of carrying out all the work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: the complete demolition and stripping, down to the structure, of the building envelope, interior spaces and all electromechanical components. Demolition work must be carried out under asbestos and mould conditions; fungal decontamination and occasional work to remove asbestos-containing materials. seismic corrections, reinforcements and additions to the existing concrete structure; demolition and repair of concrete balconies and their railings; complete repair of the building envelope: siding, insulation, framing, roofing, doors, windows, etc. complete renovation of interior spaces in dwellings and common areas: partitions, floors, ceilings, integrated furniture, etc.; complete replacement of all electromechanical systems and equipment. environmental management work for excavated soils; and the complete renovation of the exterior layout. Work will be carried out in a building for families that includes three (3) floors and 12 units. During the work, the units will be vacant.
